Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Ultimate Toys, America’s largest distributor and dealer of luxury, custom Mercedes-Benz Sprinters is expanding its marketing department. As a high-volume distributor, we are known as “Best in Class” and have over $15 Million worth of custom Sprinters in inventory serving customers throughout the US and many international markets. Our clients include a national network of Mercedes Benz dealerships, exotic sports car dealerships, high net worth individuals, sports figures, celebrities, and dignitaries around the world.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who is a skilled, creative and multifaceted marketing leader with a track record of success to join our fast-paced, growing organization.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Oversee all marketing campaigns to promote our company. A creative vision, understanding of company values, and business leadership skills are essential.
  • Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
  • Lead and drive marketing communication, ensure clear and powerful messages about our product and brand to our target market
  • Responsible for the planning, implementation and management of all marketing strategies as well as ensuring they that project the company’s unique “voice”
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Develop marketing plans and campaigns; manage the execution including promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals as well as work alongside them to accomplish completion of all marketing projects; a hands-on, collaborative style of working is a must
  • Analyze market trends and success of marketing campaigns; create reports and implement improvements as needed
  • Implement marketing strategies across a variety of media platforms
  • Determine KPIs, track and report on regular basis
  • Manage marketing budget


  • Proven experience as Chief Marketing Officer or similar role – preferably with experience with luxury brands and/or the automotive industry
  • Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
  • Strong operational, project management and excellent communication skills are a must
  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods
  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with portfolio of work
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing 2+ employees
  • Exceptional writing and research skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail – must keep up with all changes to product lines and ensure accurate information is always presented on all of our marketing platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; often requiring short turnaround times
  •  Highly creative and imaginative with a strong eye for detail and appreciation of great design
  •  Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Provide detailed reporting to company owners at least monthly if not more frequently
